The fabric is a lovely lightweight rayon--ideal for those sweltering days! We've measured these (measurements may vary a bit but not much) at 34" across seam to seam with an extra 5" beyond the seams on each side to create an elegant flowing effect and 35" from shoulder to hem.

Cold water wash, hang to dry, ironing will give it a beautiful easy flowing effect!
