The ruffled elastic neckline can be pulled down over the shoulders and the full sleeves are hemmed with just the right amount of elastic. And this great cover up features pockets! Yes!

We measure it 27" (+/-) from seam to seam under the arm, and 36 inches from shoulder to hem. Beautiful cool rayon so cold water wash, hang to dry. Iron it up and float out the door!
