All-over scrunchy top with sweetheart neckline in a jazzy 30's print hiding a jaguar here and there among the leaves. Drama in black and white! Matches IP Pant #60!

We measure it (measurements can vary a bit but not much) at 10" across, stretching to 23" across. At the sides it measures 9" down. It scrunches to 5 inches in the center front.

Cold water wash, hang to dry. Rayon.
