Island Planet Tropical Clothing

Finely-cut leather straps are woven over a wire frame fishing creel shape in this wonderful exclusive bag made for island Planet 40 years ago!

The shoulder strap is braided leather, the inside is lined with traditional coton batik and features a small pocket. The flap top closes with a braided leather loop over a woven leather -covered button. A handcarved bone turtle is attached to the lid, and a another turtle on the front features a dangling fish, turtle and feather--all handcarved bone.

Only five are still in existence to our knowledge and they are in pristine condition and highly collectible. What a perfect gift for any fisher!!!

Measurements are 11" across at the bottom, 3.5" wide and 6" high. the opening at the top is 6" across by 3". The shoulder strap is a 23" drop.
